After you’ve completed your free consultation with one of our program mentors, and you’re ready to proceed with one or more peptide programs, your next step is to complete a health and wellness evaluation with one of our medical providers. This evaluation is completed via a video visit call and is scheduled conveniently at a time that works for you. Your program mentor will book the appointment for you. Expect to be on the call for about 20-30 minutes. Come prepared with any questions you have for the provider and bring a list of your current medications and doses. This will ensure maximum efficiency and leave plenty of time to ask all your questions. This appointment is included in your program fee.

Once you become a patient, you’ll have access to our electronic medical record system, OnPatient and a link to this system can be found on our website [here]. Send us a message through the secure portal and someone will respond within 24 hours. You can always book a follow up appointment if you need to speak to your provider in real time. Send a message to your program mentor and he/she will be glad to assist you in booking an appointment.

The doctor prescribes the standard dose for all our products. Everyone responds differently. Your course of action depends on how severe your unwanted symptoms are. If they are mild, you can continue your current dosing instructions but send us an email through your medical portal and we will help you trouble shoot and adjust. If your symptoms are unbearable, it is best to stop your medication all together and send us a message so we can figure out a plan. If they are somewhere in between, try lowering your dose by half but still send us a message through the medical portal so we can walk you through your next steps.
